They delivered my package to the wrong adress and filled out to missing package forms and they never did anything about it and never get back to me

My packages are frequently sent to the wrong building or address. It is impossible to talk to an actual person on the customer service number and there is no way to contact someone locally.

Please actually knock or ring doorbell before leaving a door tag. And try contacting FedEx, it’s horrible
