Have had numerous packages delivered to the wrong address. Packages supposed to be signed for get left out. Called them 10 minutes after a drop off because it wasn't my house and they failed to do anything. Quite a few deliveries had been damaged. Probably better off picking them up personally then flipping a coin on it being dropped off on the same block it's supposed to be delivered.

Went to work here "part time" ended up working 36-38 hours a week averaging $14.00 an hour.. packages where never organized or in the correct locations on the truck.. this made it tough to find them at times.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for a job.. management is so so.. if something is wrong and you don't deliver a package they mark it as bad weather delay.. so instead of being honest to customers they straight up just lie.. explains why fedex ground packages are always a maybe, maybe you get it, maybe you don't. Maybe it's on time, maybe it's late.. if I could give zero stars I would..

Had a package that needed to be signed off on, I live in an apartment complex and the delivery driver didn't come to my unit two days in a row to get a signature. Just left a note in the mailroom. Disgusting laziness.

FedEx out of Watertown, SD sucks. Have been waiting for 2 packages for 2 weeks and every day it goes back to warehouse. They always have an excuse.

Don’t ever use fedex, there is no place in Watertown to take your returns to . Absolutely no customer service centers at all. Useless pieces of garbage fedex is.

Most deliveries received are destroyed and have to be exchanged or returned and bought elsewhere that ships UPS or USPS. Below is an item and the way it was delivered and arrived destroyed signs that it was out of the box with smudges on top of plastic.

It wasn't the customer service representative at all. My buddy sent me a package and I think it was almost 2 weeks late then It get dropped at the wrong address I had to make a Facebook post to get my local FedEx's number just to get the package it was a vary vary bad experience.

Fedex is by far the worst. customer service is a joke, logistics are so horrible they can't even understand their own services. Do no ship with this company if u can help it UPS is so much better.

All of my recent shipments by fedex have gone to wrong addresses even when correctly marked and with my address clearly written on my mailbox.

I received a call about shipments during the time our library is closed. I requested all deliveries be made to the rear door in the alley. As we are not open to the public, we do not use the front door. Today is the third time in less than a month they have left packages outside our front door. There are numerous steps inside for us to have to carry these packages up. The packaging label is even highlighted in yellow "Open for deliveries at back door in alley". They still leave at the front.

Everything was good except for the driver himself. There is no need to pound on the door so hard that it shakes the walls of a small trailer. It was totally uncalled for how hard he pounded on my door
