They are refusing to deliver a package for 3+ days because of snow. They have made it to my neighborhood and then refused to turn down my street because there is snow on the road. But both USPS and UPS made it down the same road on the same day that FedEx said they couldn't. We live in the Midwest, it's winter. Are they never going to deliver packages because there's snow on the ground? To be clear, the weather has been clear all day.

They continually deliver my packages to the wrong address. Perhaps the punishment needs to be harsher on these companies who think they are above the law. I won’t knowingly ever use Fedex again and I’d encourage everyone else to stop using them.

These guys are terrible. I had a package delivered to my house that isn't mine. I called customer service and, after talking to their robo help, finally got to a live person. After playing 20 questions, I was assured that the package would be picked up the next day. I took a look the following day after work to see if it was gone. Instead, they delivered a second package, which is also not mine. I tried calling customer service again, but they were closed. I tried emailing them and have had no response. That was a few days ago. The packages are still here, and I still can not call customer service. I haven't been able to find when they are open, but it seems to be really limited hours. I can't reach the local distribution center since I can't find the number. I have to assume the owner of these packages is also contacting them as it has been a week. But they don't seem to care about little things like quality and timely deliveries.

When I called the company to find a direct number to our driver they said they don't know the drivers numbers ? I don't know what ls going on but fed ex is definitely my last choice for deliveries, have plenty of poor experiences with them.

Have had numerous packages delivered to the wrong address. Packages supposed to be signed for get left out. Called them 10 minutes after a drop off because it wasn't my house and they failed to do anything. Quite a few deliveries had been damaged. Probably better off picking them up personally then flipping a coin on it being dropped off on the same block it's supposed to be delivered.

Went to work here "part time" ended up working 36-38 hours a week averaging $14.00 an hour.. packages where never organized or in the correct locations on the truck.. this made it tough to find them at times.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for a job.. management is so so.. if something is wrong and you don't deliver a package they mark it as bad weather delay.. so instead of being honest to customers they straight up just lie.. explains why fedex ground packages are always a maybe, maybe you get it, maybe you don't. Maybe it's on time, maybe it's late.. if I could give zero stars I would..

Had a package that needed to be signed off on, I live in an apartment complex and the delivery driver didn't come to my unit two days in a row to get a signature. Just left a note in the mailroom. Disgusting laziness.

FedEx out of Watertown, SD sucks. Have been waiting for 2 packages for 2 weeks and every day it goes back to warehouse. They always have an excuse.

Don’t ever use fedex, there is no place in Watertown to take your returns to . Absolutely no customer service centers at all. Useless pieces of garbage fedex is.

Most deliveries received are destroyed and have to be exchanged or returned and bought elsewhere that ships UPS or USPS. Below is an item and the way it was delivered and arrived destroyed signs that it was out of the box with smudges on top of plastic.
