“I recently moved from Oklahoma to South Dakota and after I got here I realized I was going to run out of my prescription medicine. I called Watertown SD pharmacy and they were so polite helping me figure out how to get my meds from there to here. After my Dr faxed my medicine to the pharmacy one of the pharmacist called me letting me know they had been received the prescriptions and to apologize that one of the meds would have to be shipped in as she didnt have it on hand. I went to pick up my medicine and bc I dont have insurance yet the Techs stopped what they were doing to go online and find me a discount. Everyone at this pharmacy has been the most polite people I've ever dealt with at any pharmacy before. I will be leaving this same review at walmart.com and I hope they let this wonderful group of people know how amazing and stress free they have made this experience for me.”
“I had to cancel birthday visit with friend. The helpful floral and bakery staff went beyond to help me order flowers and get a cake ready out of the case for delivery the next day. The helpfulness of the staff was surprising to me and seemed unusually helpful. I bet it is that way for the whole store.”
“I came to Walgreens looking for Anbesol Gel which can be very difficult to find because its small and could possibly be located in 3 different isles: baby, pharmacy or with the tooth brushes. Caitlyn knew exactly where it was at! She didn't make me feel like a bother at all! When a business has knowledgeable workers I think it's important for customers to acknowledge that and I think it's also important to for a business to acknowledge that worker. Caitlyn (I hope I spelled it correctly) is definitely a keeper!”
