However, contacting customer service by phone can be frustrating, as it does not offer an option to talk to a human representative for general inquiries. Additionally, the television channel guide includes channels not part of the package, which can be an inconvenience.

Tech named Joe came out to install internet after the self install didn’t work. He was very professional and quick. Had my internet up and running in no time. Very friendly. He also had a trainee with him but didn’t catch his name. They were both wonderful

Tried calling customer service to talk to a human but they dont have human interaction at midco besides hookups now? Doesnt give you an option to talk to representative either

My husband passed away in December and I’m still trying to figure out what bills need to be paid when. With the loss of his income I’m on a very tight budget and was extremely overwhelmed, stressed out and worried. The assistance I received was kind and respectful. I sincerely appreciated this kind of help.
