Over priced services… charge twice as much as anyone else… I got YouTube tv now and it’s 1/3 of what I was paying for cable… even have more channels… if Verizon would get home internet in Watertown I’d disconnect internet aswell.. was a customer for almost 10 years with cable… shop around before going to midco..

We have had Midco for years and have always been happy with them, until recently. We had problems with our internet in April and instead of fixing it, they connected us to our neighbors house with a cord and haven't been back since. We have had multiple emails saying a contractor has been assigned to bury the line but they never show up. When I call Midco I get contradictory information and no answers.Edit: Here we are, four weeks later. Still connected by a cord to our neighbor's house. The contractor finally showed up and buried the tube. Now it's just more excuses and lies from Midco.

Customer service is as good as it gets. They are more than willing to help any situation. Service is great but the guide also includes channels you don't have in your package so you have to memorize which channels you have or deal with flipping through channels that say this channel isn't part of your package.
