“I had to go here to get my new right angle diegrinder from hercules.. I did not see one on the shelf so I asked a worker and he went in the back and dug one out of a tub for me... used it today and it works great!! Thanks guys!!”
“I am a van driver, and we do drop and hook. Come through the gate, go between the scales, and look to the right. That's where you drop your empty. Drive towards the exit, guard shack off to the right side, where the lumber /truss begins your loaded is there in the dirt lot. Easy in easy out. It's a lumber yard, so 5 of flat bed truck traffic . I was in and out in 15 min. You get your paperwork at the front gate . It's a big place, I got lost coming back to the exit, but no harm, no foul. I hope to come back, very organized . “I have never walked into a store and be greeted with this level of helpfulness! I didn’t even have to ask for help. Josh was behind the The service desk and asked if he could help find what I was looking for. I was looking for grout sealer and a grout repair kit. He knew exactly where it was and led me to it. I asked if he had done grout work before and he was able to give me suggestions based on his past experience. Then another guy helped me find the right dirt to help plant new succulents, and the girl at the checkout was very friendly and helpful as well. I think her name may have been Lizzie, but I’m not sure that team definitely deserves kudos and recognition.”
