AutoPro Alcoa is a Main Street Auto shop that has been a part of the community for many years, building a strong, trustworthy, and reputable name. The staff is known for being polite, professional, and honest, with phenomenal customer service. They are described as helpful and amazing, often going out of their way to assist customers, even during busy times. Most reviews highlight timely repairs and fair payment. The business offers convenient online appointments. However, some experiences note occasional oversights, such as not rotating tires during a service or forgetting to reset an oil life indicator, which has led to questions about meticulousness for a few long-term customers. Overall, AutoPro Alcoa is viewed as a reliable and honest shop where the employees are committed to taking care of their customers and building lasting relationships.
Went for a standard alignment and to fix an exhaust issue I’d been having for some time. Guys at the desk were great, manager was super nice and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Would recommend this shop to anyone that’s needing any work done to their vehicle.

Had a tire replaced, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely my new go to place.
