“I needed the radiator replaced & subsequently needed the thermostat replaced which were both done. When I left the heater core was leaking severely and my car nearly overheated. I returned immediately to have them look at it. They determined that an air pocket had developed and proceeded to remove it. I now have an appointment to have the heater core replaced on my 1995 Toyota Tercel 1.5 liter 5 speed manual with air conditioning which is a "dash job". My car is my lifeline. It is so important to me. I also live on a tight budget and Auto Pro has given me a sense that I can depend on them to get the work done for a fair price. I do have anxiety about have the heater core being done since the dash is involved and my dash is immaculate and I want it to stay that way. I have trust in the mechanic, it's me that has the anxiety.”

“Regarding Service Department / Eddie Zamora.I bought a used Jeep Renegade from West Chevrolet and there was a sound coming from the front. Took car in to service department. Eddie got my car in quickly for repair. His crew found that a strut was broken, he got parts ordered and installed. Due to ordering parts had to leave car overnight. Eddie got me a ride home even though I live about 20 miles away. I will continue to go to West Chevrolet to buy a car in future and for repairs. I highly recommend working with Eddie and his crew. “Excellent work done by Twin City Collision in Alcoa. My SUV was parked in a restaurant parking lot when a young man lost control of his car, hitting a streetlight which fell on my roof. Mark Creasey was fantastic to deal with. He worked with the insurance company and kept me up to date on the estimate, repairs, parts orders and ultimately presenting me a brand new looking roof on my 4 year old SUV. They even washed and detailed it. I wish more company's ran their businesses like Twin City Collision.”

“So far so good. We have only had the car for several days. The purchasing process was as good as I could have expected from trade in to final deal. The car we purchased was for my wife as primary driver. Jeremy Williams was courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions from the onset of this purchase, beginning with just driving on the lot and leaving; to the purchase of the vehicle, explaining all of the advanced technological features on the car. All, is not accurate, at least the first session of explanations was presented in a very understanding way to my lovely 76 year wife. Again, no question went unanswered.
