One Lady was very helpful both last afternoon and today carrying in my old battery charging it and found out it was bad and carrying out my new battery today She seems to be on top of everything very energetic and works with positive attitude

My battery needed jumped. I went to AutoZome in Alcoa on Hall road. My battery seem to be leakingLot of corrosion every where. I got in line moved quick. A young man looked up battery went to look at car and found I had a mis sized battery. He found right and while he rang it up Liz started the clean up and install. They both went the extra mile. I walk with a walker and they just took care of me. Thank you all!

We were in the area this week for our wedding when our truck started to give us issues. We took it here to have the code read and get parts we might need. The team working the afternoon of the 12th was so helpful!! It is because of them that we were able to make it to our ceremony and eventually make it home. Thank you to the team for your generosity, patience, and kindness to this traveling bride and groom. We will never forget how amazing you were to us!

Danny is the man! He helped test our struggling battery and determined it was for sure bad as I suspected. He quickly found a new Duralast gold replacement and install kit for it. I’m from out of town on vacation and had originally got stuck when the car wouldn’t start. He gladly helped me swap out the battery as I didn’t have my tools with me and to make sure the car would start again and not leave us stranded anywhere. That kind of service is what makes return customers. We frequent the area for vacation and this store will be my go to for any auto parts while in the area in the future. Thanks Danny for turning a potentially huge distribution in our trip into a minor speed bump!

I used to not visit the Hall Road location because of an older gentleman that worked there who always was bothered by having to help you. It wasn't like he was having a bad day, everyday was this guy's bad day. I started going to advanced auto parts since I had always received good customer service there. Today needed a hub assembly and was greeted by a younger gentleman who helped mefind what I needed. I had my 4 year old daughter with me who asked for a sticker, as she does everywhere we go. He looked and couldn't find one, but grabbed some printable labels and drew her a sticker of a princess. You don't get that very often and I have to say showing a little girl like that attention made her day. Well done young man you earned my business back!

My husband and I are here in the Smokies celebrating our anniversary this week. Unfortunately the alternator on our car went out. We went to this Auto Zone to buy the part and some tools so he could replace it. There was some descrepancy about whether it was the right part. Evidently there was a mistake made at the factory. Liz figured out what was wrong and called another store to see if they had the correct part. They did, so she asked that they hold it. Another employee, Carla, drove to the other store and brought back the part. It was very hot outside, so I was waiting inside the store. They brought me a chair so I could sit while I waited. They brought a chair for Mike too when he waiting for the part and offered us a snack and cold water. At one point a young employee named Drew went out to check on Mike bc of the heat, I think. Stan and Eric also were there to lend support. In fact all the employees at this store were so nice and helpful.They couldn't have been nicer and did everything they could to help us. This store has an amazing bunch of people there to serve their customers. Great job y'all!

Needed brake pads for my car, they had them. The assistant was very knowledgeable. The wait in line wasn't too bad, since there was one person working the other was outside smoking.

Stupidest counter guy I have ever met. I bought a bottle of brake fluid. I asked for a sack or a bag. The counter guy did not know what a sack or bag was. He checked with the other counter person and the two of them couldn't figure it out. I asked the clerk what would you do if I bought an arm load of air fresheners what would you do? "Well I would put them in one of these" IT WAS A SACK! He said he had never heard it called that. OMG.
