Rental process was okay. However, I've tried to get in contact with them afterwards regarding a need and it's impossible. They never answer their phone.

I’m warning you... had to wait 30-40 minutes in total... but at least they got us a hybrid minivan ?

I always use Budget just out of habit. They really need to hire more staff. I waited over an hour for my reservation. Only one person working with well over 20 families in line waiting. The one person working was pleasant - I felt bad for her. People were leaving to go with other car rental companies.
