Pick up took hours. Then I had to call the place I had dropped it off at because they charged me a late fee even though I returned the car within six hours of picking it up.

After a little confusion in the beginning, manager Manny came and saved the day! He grabbed a vehicle in the class I reserved and personally cleaned it out to make sure it'd be ready for me to take! I'm so very thankful that he took the time to do this so everyone and everything would fit on our trip!

My attendant was Dan and he was wonderful! Very kind, attentive and very patient while I was gathering my info. Budget and Avis were tending to each other’s reservation which I don’t se soften so it was nice seeing them help one another as well.
