“I rented a car for the first time in years. I was nervous about the whole process because I don't like renting cars I don't know, from a company looking to make money. I hadn't heard the best about Alamo years ago, but decided to try them because I've seen some good reviews. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We set pick up time for 8 am. We were the only ones there at the desk. Jennifer helped us through the process and was great. She explained everything to me and was nice and professional. That's important. We found the car in the parking garage in the rental car section easily. The branch manager actually saw us looking the car over and said no worries about some of the minor scratches you see. I'm not going to pursue a client for those anyway. He was very nice. Alamo must require managers to wear suits because several were in suits that we saw. And it's nice when someone takes care to dress nicely and appropriately for work. It matters. The car itself was cleaned well upon pick up and whatever cleaning supplies they use, they don't give off any strong odors which is very important. Thank you for that, Alamo. The car drove perfectly throughout our rental time, we really enjoyed it. The total cost was also fair. We dropped off early and that was during a busy time. I wanted to give the keys to Alamo and not leaving them in a drop box because I just wanted to know that I was done with my rental. I made it to the desk with 1 minute to spare and was greeted by another nice employee. She was very helpful getting it returned and did just as she said she would. She inspected the car and had my final email to me quickly. No issues at all. Thank you for a great experience Alamo!”
