“Great Car Wash under new management now! Super nice staff. The membership gives me great savings as I like to keep the car clean all the time. Can Highly recommend this Zips.”

“I would give 5 stars except the ramp exiting the car wash area was so steep it actually caused my car to bottom out. Hard. I wasn't expecting it and you'd think the owners would be aware of it and make preparations to fix it so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. But other than that it's a great car wash.”
“Richard is the man. He is always on point and kind.! I personally think he needs a raise, I would definitely poach him for work if you aren’t paying him enough. On another serious note (no homo) I go out of my way to wash my car here just because of the service.
thanks guys I hope y’all have an amazing day on purpose !

“Edit: they have contacted me about the issue and are wanting to make it right. Very surprised and hopeful about this quick response.
Today was my second visit in total with Harper auto wash and first visits to the Alcoa location. I think I’m going to cancel my subscription on the inside and out wash services and just wash it myself. Rims are streaked and have black dust all over them still. Interior wasn’t even touched I don’t think considering there was still dog hair on the dash. Trunk wasn’t touched at all despite being empty. Not even a quick vacuum. Staff is friendly though but terrible cleaning job. I also have a video of me wiping dust off the rims and pictures but there isn’t an option to put them on this post.”
