I chosen the Professional+ Ceramic Coating package. Which includes all painted surfaces, glass and wheels. The product they used was called Jade Pro which uses new nano tech called graphene oxide.I am amazed as to how smooth my car paint was. It was slicker than the paint from the car manufacturer when brand new! Water beads up and rolls off when it rains and has improved rainy day driving visibility. Washing the car was very easy because of how water just beads and rolls off. I blow dry my car with a leaf blower and do not need to towel dry. All the staff was courteous and professional. Ryan the manager there is a great person to deal with. And they were prompt, when they say it will take two days ceramic coating to be done, they were done in exactly two days. When they tell you an interior and exterior foam cannon hand wash is one hour they finished exactly in one hour. They even parked my car inside their garage when i told them i could not pick it up until the next day. Very happy customer here and will be using them for years to come. Thank You Max Detailing!”

“I used the wash off Middlebrook, and as I pulled in to enter my payment, I was nicely surprised that the screen allowed you to select the height based on what vehicle you are in. The car wash tunnel was easy to line up your tires, and the attendant was smiling as he lined you up. This location provides you treated towels and is part of your car wash purchase. They did great and did not streak the glass. Once done, they have return buckets at each vacuum spot so you can quickly get back to your day. The vacuums were good and the lot was very clean. I have a wash membership at another car wash, and I am considering swapping to Miracle.”

“While the car wash itself is great, the service is bizarre with one particular attendant. Twice I have had to get out of my car to go inside to find someone in order to activate the wash. The first time there were 6 cars in line . None of us could move. After approximately 10 mins, another driver went inside. The attendant was sleeping! Finally came outside. Nothing was said. The 2nd time this happened, he noticed me before I approached the building. Came right out. This location is total opposite of Middlebrook one. The service there is top-notch!”

Often most of the vacuums don't work and for some reason they don't keep the lot picked up.I really like the one by West Town mall. The employees at this location are friendly and the lot is always clean. The five star review is for this location. I also really like the one in South Knox just off John Sevier.”
