“Ross is interesting, My girlfriend, her sister and her daughter took me there. It is wheelchair accessible. But I walked around the store on a walker. I wished there were more chairs throughout but found them at checkout. The store was interesting, with lots of name brand stuff at deep discounts by comparison to retail places like Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. Was a neat place, but nothing in Tall, so I did not shop for myself. Not many places work for extra tall people, but it's ok. Cool, place.”
“This location used to have really bad heat and air. Now the building stays cool when it should and warm when it should. Same friendly people you would expect anywhere. Just don't be surprised when you have to ring yourself up as there are usually only 1-2 cashiers and the rest are self check out.”
“I call the pharmacy at walmart in alcoa and sue answer the phone and help me with all my questions and she was so sweet and helpful then I had to go pick up my medicine and she was super nice she goes above to help me I want to thank her so much for her help”
“I recently visited the Big Lots store in Maryville, and overall, it was a positive experience. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of products — from furniture and home decor to snacks and cleaning supplies. The prices were affordable, especially with some good discounts and clearance items.
The staff was friendly and helpful. One employee even assisted me in loading a heavy item into my car, which I really appreciated. The checkout process was quick and efficient.
The only downside was that a few shelves were understocked, and some sections looked a bit empty. But that’s understandable with supply issues these days.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Big Lots location if you’re looking for good deals and a decent selection of home essentials.”
