Most efficient and helpful (TYS Knoxville airport desk) - vehicle drove flawlessly, onboard and phone-link navigation both worked great, return staff were lovely as well. Not only good value, but quality experience all-round with kind staff. I've no doubt we'll use Thrifty again!
