Rented a full size SUV only to be told at time of rental that it could not go West of the Mississippi river!!!! Then they proceeded to cancel my reservation!!! What absolute trash customer service. Garbage franchise. Avoid at all costs.

Unbelievably long, wait per customer to get checked in for a vehicle. Each person took at least 20 minutes to process in for their car. I have never waited in a line this long to get a vehicle from any car rental agency. Something must be wrong with their process.
