“We rented a car to travel for our anniversary trip. We wanted to take a nice car and no out more miles on our personal vehicles. The car I reserved was actually available at the time slot I had requested (other companies have not ever had the actual car class I reserved). Jace was super friendly and great with the pre rental walk thru. He was thorough. We had issue with the windshield Crack that spread across the windshield and had to exchange at another location they did the best they could to help us and get us back on road safely with same class of car or better. When calling thia branch to explain the situation with windshield, the manager Freddie who answered my call assured me he would make sure it was taken care of and apologized for delays in our trip and troubles. He was also super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He made it right and we will definitely be renting from Enterprise and this branch specifically(even though there are 4 closer branches to our house) again because of their customer service and treating me like a person not just a number or task to complete.”

“I selected the “You Choose” option for my rental. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was asked where I would be traveling, and I explained I was driving from Tennessee to New York.
The vehicle I was given was extremely small. I’ll admit I was not very excited about it at first, but I tried to focus on the positives and figured the gas mileage would be great for such a long trip — and it absolutely was.
Unfortunately, the size and handling of the vehicle made the drive stressful at times. Driving through Virginia in the rain was especially nerve-racking. Whenever semi-trucks passed, the car noticeably shifted and felt unstable, almost like driving an oversized go-kart.
That being said, my toddler and I made it to New York and back safely, which is what mattered most. Overall, the fuel efficiency was excellent, but I do wish a slightly larger and more stable vehicle would have been considered for a long-distance interstate trip.”
“The actual pick up process is great. But everytime I have gotten a car the price was more than my contract price. They have issued me credits for over charges that are still pending from 3-16-2026. The 800 customer service is HORRIBLE! That's when and if you can get someone on the phone. The customer service representative actually said I was doing something wrong for the price I received on my reservation.... how does that happen ?”
“Great customer service, the car could have been cleaned especially the windows; however, the prestige customer service out weighed the car cleanliness. Will return in the future and direct family and friends to Enterprise on Clinton Hwy.”

“Quick, friendly, to the point and explained it all. Car upgrade was nice but damage to the vehicle which is documented. It was clean, tank filled and ready. Always enjoyed Avis. Only reason not a 5 star is the damage to car. It doesnt interfere with driving but if I was using on business, wouldn't make the impression. I rent for personal and business. This is personal this time.”

“Great experience. I had rented a truck from another location in town. Unfortunately that other location couldn’t provide the trucks as they were down for maintenance.Rick called and was able to work with me to find the truck I needed. Although it took a few days and fortunately I had a flexible schedule, I was able to get the truck I needed. This location provided reasonable and satisfactory service given the circumstances. I will return next time I need a truck.”

Following an accident, I required a rental vehicle, and Megan and the entire team at this location provided an exceptional experience.
