“The ease of the rental process was wonderful to be honest. The variety of cars and the friendliness of the employees. We got there early so the car was still being prepared but they made it good and put us in an upgraded car than what we reserved for the same price. Just an overall great experience in a time of rental need. No hassle was a relief. Thankyou Enterprise!”
“Good hours, great staff, prices not significantly cheaper, but a little less that avis or hertz than others. Big advantage is a driver to pick you up, bring your car. I dont think anyone else did this. Have used them for years.”

“We had to rent a car on vacation due to our car breaking down in Gatlinburg. The guys were so helpful and kind. It was very busy when we rented the car but the two young men were responsive and quick.”
“The service staff was awesome. Got me a car right off. It’s my insurance coverage that didn’t take into consideration that I’m a bigger person and a small compact car wouldn’t work. But everything else was fine.”
“Not sure what I did wrong, but the car cost $80.00 dollars a day, not the $32.00 I expected to pay. So a six day rental cost over $900.

“The actual pick up process is great. But everytime I have gotten a car the price was more than my contract price. They have issued me credits for over charges that are still pending from 3-16-2026. The 800 customer service is HORRIBLE! That's when and if you can get someone on the phone. The customer service representative actually said I was doing something wrong for the price I received on my reservation.... how does that happen ?”
“Quick, friendly, to the point and explained it all. Car upgrade was nice but damage to the vehicle which is documented. It was clean, tank filled and ready. Always enjoyed Avis. Only reason not a 5 star is the damage to car. It doesnt interfere with driving but if I was using on business, wouldn't make the impression. I rent for personal and business. This is personal this time.”

“Great experience. I had rented a truck from another location in town. Unfortunately that other location couldn’t provide the trucks as they were down for maintenance.Rick called and was able to work with me to find the truck I needed. Although it took a few days and fortunately I had a flexible schedule, I was able to get the truck I needed. This location provided reasonable and satisfactory service given the circumstances. I will return next time I need a truck.”
