“The Budget website is very easy to navigate and make reservations. The modification / cancellation process is smooth. Discounts and upgrades are also often available....but the main reason I stick with Budget is because of Sam and Fred, the proprietors of the Clinton Hwy. location in Knoxville, TN. They are super efficient and always courteous. The cars I get from them are always clean and fully functional. The wait times there when checking in or out are always minimal. I have been doing business with them for over 15 years and can say from experience that you can't go wrong when you work with these guys!”

“I had a corporate rental with issues from the Nashville airport. They were the only Hertz location that was willing to help me. They called all of the local places to try to find me a vehicle that I could return to Nashville, but were unable. I didn't rent from them because they are a franchise and not a corporate location (the local Corporate location in Crossville was awful & rude) but I would if I could have. Thank you so much trying to help a traveler! As promised, here is your positive review!”

“What can I say about Hertz?!! Not enough. This is the one good thing that came out of what could have been an aweful weekend. When we got there Jessica welcomed us with her beautiful smile and never stopped helping. The manager and her were so gracious they even upgraded us to a better vehicle that saved us. Because of some other horrible things that happened this weekend we had to cut alot of the things we had planned out but having the Jeep helped us make sure we accomplished the one thing I had my heart set on...hiking. Once we returned it we were once again welcomed with her wonderful smile . Apparently, she knew about the surprise proposal my fiancé had planned for me this weekend. It's beautiful when you find a company that hires people that help celebrate the good things in life. Thank you, Jessica, and thank you Hertz...you made this weekend a little more bearable. Hopefully, we will rent again for our HONEYMOON next time.”

“Great experience. I had rented a truck from another location in town. Unfortunately that other location couldn’t provide the trucks as they were down for maintenance.Rick called and was able to work with me to find the truck I needed. Although it took a few days and fortunately I had a flexible schedule, I was able to get the truck I needed. This location provided reasonable and satisfactory service given the circumstances. I will return next time I need a truck.”

“Visited Knoxville on a work trip and was booked a rental car through Hertz. From checking in to drop off, I was very pleased with the service and experience. My departure was early in the morning, and I used the express return process by dropping off the keys at the counters box. There were clear signs of where to go; pick up and drop off. Car was clean, and had lots of upgraded tech amenities; wireless CarPlay, charger pad, heated seats/wheel, etc!”
