Update: I’d still buy from them again but I am disappointed that they wouldn’t let me return the box spring after my elderly father had fallen trying to get out of bed both nights he had slept on it because it is too high. I’m not sure why they’ll take a mattress (that you actually sleep on) back but not the box spring that doesn’t touch you at all. They did offer to help me sell it. But I still have it now.”

“Jade was wonderful with helping us find the perfect mattress for my elderly parents. Very knowledgeable on all the different mattress types and the benefits to the human body. She was very patient with us as we took a little longer than normal since my dad is in a wheelchair. My mom laid on about 20 different beds in the store asked 1 million questions and Jade was very patient and kind. My dad liked her boots and her sense of humor. I will definitely be referring people to meet with Jade at mattress firm to find their perfect fit.”
