“GAH! What can I say except... we love it here! Steve & Tom are GREAT! We trust them. This is our second mattress with them and we drive out of our way to do business with them. Their store is about 40 minutes from us and there are plenty of mattress stores we pass on our way to them.They're friendly and not pushy at all. Also, we never felt like we were being sold to. After all, I was in there because my back was hurting with my current mattress. So, it was pretty obvious we would buy:)Tom was great! Made recommendations after asking about my current mattress and back condition. We wound up with a firmer mattress than we'd had. It was delivered within days (even with the Thanksgiving holiday thrown in) and last night was our first night's sleep on it. The dogs didn't want to get out of it this morning! In comparing prices with other stores and also online, I found that this company has the best value. My mattress that I chose was made double-sided in the factory for me. I talked to several salespersons there who answered all my questions (I went back to the store multiple times) and helped me choose the best product for me, taking as long as I needed to make a decision. Brother's Bedding warranties are about the best in the business. I highly recommend them.”

“Babcock Furniture Kingston Pike Knoxville TN provided the best service in assisting me in the store with my selection of furniture for my new condo and with the delivery. A special thanks to Cody for informing me about their coming President Day's sale which enabled me to save $1300 off of my purchase by waiting just a few weeks. I also purchased 2 beautiful entertainment centers/TV stands off of the floor for 50% off each. Two truckloads of furniture arrived with a four-man crew on the morning of delivery which was scheduled five days after the purchase. I was the first delivery of the day and they arrived promptly. The crew was so polite and courteous and were patient to answer any questions that I had. All items arrived in good condition. As mentioned, I purchased 2 items off of the show floor and they touched up any visible scratches which were minor. I researched several other furniture stores before choosing Babcock but there were always terrible reviews about shipping and delivery. I was nervous that there would be delays or damaged items but I am so thankful that my experience was 100% positive from beginning to end. I highly recommend the Knoxville's Kingston Pike store.”
