My flight was delayed so that I reached there about 45 minutes past their closing time. I wasn't able to contact the staff there, but they waited for me and ensured that I wasn't left stranded ! Got a full sized SUV when I had booked a medium one. Great service !

Flight 90 min. Rental car 60 min. Booked it through delta. Would not use Payless again. Car was clean. Long line to get to counter. Stood around in garage waiting for a car.
