Glad to have this place in Alcoa. The bad reviews are a little ridiculous. Apparently people don’t understand how the store works. Getting offended that some of your clothes you are giving away aren’t accepted is a little odd to me. I’ve always found the employees to be very nice as well.

I took my grandsons (18 &16) here, we shopped like drunk sailors, had a blast and left so happy! Our attendants were helpful and cheerful. I was amazed at how much quality stuff we got for around 350.00! Forget the mall! Very organized and clean.

Took clothes to drop off for exchange on sale. Their prices are fair and they have a good selection of second hand clothing.
