“We were seated in the corner and kind of felt like we were forgotten a bit. I asked for more salad for my unlimited salad and never got it. But the food was good. Waitstaff was friendly.”

“We came here on a Sunday morning to use the laundromat to wash our own bedding we brought after staying in the worst Hotel I've ever been in (USA inn/Budget Inn/Royal extended stay Alcoa). I was pleasantly surprised to see the pub next store that had the football games (will definitely be back to check it out) and an arcade as well. When not in a rush I will definitely be back to show my little one what an arcade is for the first time ;)Besides my mom being approached and offered a "smoke hook up", the laundromat wasn't too bad either ?.This Plaza also has the best sub place I've been to in a long time. If you haven't been to Subs & Such, you're missing out!”

“Went in to get some facial cream for my wife and besides a name and picture of the product she text me I had no idea what I was looking for or where to find it but the lady that helped me was super nice and helpful. I think she could tell I had no idea what I was doing but she made it very easy”

“Took my bass guitar in for service and new strings and I was very impressed with the service I got. They fixed the little issue I was having and put on the strings but they also cleaned it up and oiled the fretboard and got it done very quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a job well done.”

“This is one of my favorite thrift stores, especially for clothing. Always has a huge selection of clothing for all ages. Also has housewares, dishes, home decor, some seasonal decor, some toys, limited stock of furniture.”

“I was at West Town Mall when the ribbon was cut. We marveled at the selection of stores and the ease of shopping in climate controlled comfort. After all these years, West Town is far larger, has been beautifully remodeled, has an incredible selection of excellent stores, and it reminds you of why malls were popular. In a day when most malls are abandoned or run down in favor of upscale strip centers, West Town is a much more convenient and fun shopping experience. Try it again and experience stores, such as the Apple store, that are not available anywhere else in Knoxville.”

“We stopped here and checked out Platos Closet. Wasn't that impressed. They had a lot of items, but the items they had were not worth the prices they were asking.”

“Friendly staff and support to help you pick out the right jewelry gift for yourself or someone else. They went above and beyond in helping my wife and I purchase engagement ring and wedding set. It's our go to for jewelry.”

“This location is by far the cleanest Planet fitness I've ever been in. The Maryville location needs some serious detail cleaning, especially the tanning bed rooms.”

“Great location for quick shopping trips. Order pick-ups made easy and quick. In store shopping in a breeze as well; I’ve never had to wait super long in line for a register and never in several years had to deal with registers not being open or out of order. The store is usually pretty good about having everything in stock and shelves are pretty neat. Also, great sushi.”

“This is an old shopping area. They have Gambuzzas men's hair store. I have used them for a while, it's well worth going to downtown west to visit. It used to be called Frank's. There's an Amvets there also and they have a great selection of used home repair items.”

“Went to Foothills mall last night to trick or treat with the kids. It was really nice that they did this as it was very cold. I'd say 90% of the businesses participated. It was a really good time in a safe and warm environment. Will definitely keep this in mind for next year.Foothills is a very nice clean mall. Occupancy rate is high and we go there often. The Publix is a welcome addition. We go to the movie theater often and it's very nice. Malls are having a hard time with online shopping eating away at buisness. The only reason I gave four stars is this mall has so few dinning options. Craven Wings was closed and we don't care for Cancun at all. There's a coffee shop and a cookie place and a small limited menu cafe. A few more food places are needed but otherwise it's a great mall. Lots of cool shops and a couple of anchor stores. It's safe and a nice place to go. I reccomend a visit as we need this mall in our community.”
