“I went into the Alcoa branch with low expectations… Tom directed me to a salesman named Peyton, all I’m gonna say is if I wasn’t dealing with Peyton I wouldn’t of driven off in a car. Peyton was literally the salesman you wanted to meet if you wanted the best route/budget for a car. Every question that was asked was literally defined to a tee, there even wasn’t small talk during the process…. We had conversations as if we went way back. He went back and fourth trying to get the situation I needed and lemme tell you RANDY!!! Was the man to make it happen with him. Both of them made me confident to not have a second guess about the quote I was given.
If you go to the Alcoa location, only ask for Peyton…. I’ll stand by this with full confidence.”
“Our start button was sticking so we took it in to have it looked at. It was determined it needed to be replaced. Harper reached out to our warranty company (extended from when we purchased the vehicle) and worked with them. It didn't cost anything and it was installed quickly. We were back to no worries again and now the button doesn't stick!”
