“I bought my car from Freedom Motors a little over a year ago. Recently my car broke down, and after dealing with a very stressful situation trying to figure out what was wrong with it, I reached back out to the dealership.
Chris arranged to have my car towed to their mechanic so they could look at it. By the next day, they were able to get the spark plug out that had been causing problems, replace it, and replace my battery.
I really appreciate that they covered the cost of the tow, battery, spark plug, and labor and did not charge me anything for the repair. Regardless of the frustrations I’ve had throughout this situation, I think it’s important to give credit where it’s due. They stepped up, took care of my car, and got me back on the road without leaving me with another bill.
