“Once again, I got great service at the Discount Tire in Alcoa. I bought my last set for my truck at a discount tire in New Mexico and they’ve actually lasted five years, but it was time to change them out. I was able to find the tires I wanted and pay for them online, and of course, schedule an appointment. They have the White lettering tires I was looking for. The team there were great, kept me informed of the progress, and install installed the new TPMS sensors that I had purchased. Service was great, the place was clean, and the work was done promptly.”

“I was traveling back to Ohio and caught a screw in my tire. I called and they were busy but squeezed me in due to circumstances. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. The place was very well maintained and relaxing waiting room

“We had a wonderful experience today at the Walker Springs location. I called ahead to see what the wait was and to ensure I had the correct address. I hope I get this right, I’m horrible with names. I think his name was Ethan. Answered the call. Was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said that he would be on the lookout for my car and he did. He met us in the parking lot and welcomed us. We went in for an alignment but my car needed 2 new tires. I had planned on getting them elsewhere after calling around for prices. However, Ethan worked with us and was able to get us affordable tires so that I could drive away safely. He made sure to mention that safety was their top priority. They kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long it would take. They were under construction and very busy but still managed to provide amazing customer service. AND it was pouring rain. Great job, team!”
