“Steve and his group are very professional and take amazing care of me and my wife. I was able to drop off my car Friday for a routine oil change and shared some concerns about a feeling I get braking. Steve worked with me and explained what is going on. He gave me a fair deal on labor and parts. Next day I was showing brake light and abs notifications on my dash. Took it straight to Big O and Steve and his crew started working on my car right away.
