I came in on a Saturday afternoon, looking for pieces to replace my bedroom closet that fell down I encountered two employees that were nonchalant one of which I helped him pull carts in because he was having an issues and it looked like his finger got smashed in the cart and then when I happen to ask him where the closet were, he looked at me as though he didn’t have on a vest that said Lowe’s and gave me wrong information just when I was fed up and was on my way out the store to go to Home Depot. I bumped into Cory on a whim and asked him because I really didn’t want to have to spend more time going to a different store. Cory took me directly to the area that I needed measured and cut the portion of the closet for me asked me was anything else needed to repair my closet and gave an apology for the lack of service that I received from his coworkers thank you Cory that meant a whole lot to me being one of those women that just didn’t know the language of what I was actually looking for a round of applause Corey is the little things that means so much?”

“So to make a long story short, ordered carpet on 2/6/26. To be installed 2 weeks later. Now being 3/23/26carpet still not in, store had no apology for anything , and didnt say anything that I would have to rearrange my s reduce 6 times to get carpet in. Store manager Jacob that I spoke with , seemed like he could care less. Order canceled. Not doing it. Near 8000 dollar order.
Update: after speaking in person with the store, and give and take on both sides. I redid my rating. However , be it known, I will think hard about ever doing a big job with the store.”

“Had an issue with wrong boots shipped to me however after reaching someone through the 800 number, they understood and re-shipped the correct boots to me.
So, there's a TSC about 10 minutes away from my house and I returned the wrong boots that I received.
Not a big deal since I had to go to Lowe's witch is right down the road from TSC....
