Tractor Supply Company is a large rural lifestyle retailer. Many customers find it a favorite, convenient store with a great selection and helpful employees. Customer service regarding issues like broken products under warranty is described as poor, requiring customers to do all the leg work for a replacement instead of offering a simple exchange. What right do you have to add someone back to your marketing emails even though they have unsubscribed 50 times already and never signed up for them to begin with....every time you need to make more money....and then send 20 more emails before you are taken off again?

My local branch is wonderful. However, corporate is completely useless. I tried to get ahold of someone three different times and no one will call me back.
