“Natasha is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was advised by T Mobile support I needed to go to a T-Mobile store. My phone had been hacked after opening weather app EXACTA WEATHER ALARM-RADAR.
My homepage and apps had been completely reconfigured, I couldn't turn my phone off, the weather app
would continue to pop up and many
other issues. The support desk along with Samsung needed me to have a second phone number to solve. I went to the T-Mobile store at Century Farms expecting a long time to solve my problem. The store was a bit busy. Natasha was able to ask how she could help within minutes. She was able to get into my phone and uninstall the app, which was hidden,
and my home screen back which I had spent hours working on exploring different options on the phone. All the while very helpful with other questions I had about my new S25fe. I can't say enough about much I appreciated her knowledge and willingness to help. I came into the store with angsyity of employees not being helpful. After reading so much about T-Mobile wanting to steer customers away from stores and pushing towards online. I purchased my phone directly through Samsung, because of this. My experience with Natasha changed what little help I thought I would receive. She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. 10 stars go to Natasha.”

“I love this T-mobile store. I drove over from the Mount Juliet store that would have me wait over 30 minutes after opening to the Hermitage store. I walked in the door and within 10 seconds I was asked if I needed help. I hand the man my phone opened to email. Ì told him that I was knocked off the internet. He pulled down from the top, Found the data connection prompt and reconnected my phone. I don't know how I got knocked off the internet but that was the fastest service I've ever had. This is a great store. He had rows of customers lined up but functioned like a triage.”
