“I walked in and was greeted, and Carolina was sitting down with me in under five minutes. She was able to listen to me and figure out how to help me. I have had T-Mobile for a long time and our family is all on it. I took my iPhone out of its Otter Box protective case because it had charging issues and almost IMMEDIATELY I dropped it and the button didn’t work, it randomly called people, etc. VERY frustrating. I was able to purchase an identical model online and the “easy” data transfer did NOT happen. Wasn’t sure to go to Apple or T-Mobile, but I chose T-Mobile and Carolina worked with both units and had them pairing within a half hour. I am typically fairly tech-savvy, but she was patient and assessed the situation correctly and accurately.”

“I'd grown really frustrated that my Xfinity bill was steadily increasing. I went by the Cool Springs store and asked to speak with someone about ways to lower my bill. I sat down with Sam Olfati who very politely and patiently explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. I wound up saving over $400 a year by eliminating unnecessary services. Further Sam very patiently continued to answer questions via text & email. His support for my questions has done wonders for improving my perceptions of Xfinity. Ask for Sam when you go in.
