“I went in to get home Internet service added to my phone plan and got exactly what I asked for, with an easy-to-understand walkthrough of everything I needed to know, with no pressure or added hustle to upgrade or purchase anything else, like at a lot of other similar places. The whole staff was professional and treated me and my son with respect. It really was a pleasant experience and fairly fast.”
“I walked in and was greeted, and Carolina was sitting down with me in under five minutes. She was able to listen to me and figure out how to help me. I have had T-Mobile for a long time and our family is all on it. I took my iPhone out of its Otter Box protective case because it had charging issues and almost IMMEDIATELY I dropped it and the button didn’t work, it randomly called people, etc. VERY frustrating. I was able to purchase an identical model online and the “easy” data transfer did NOT happen. Wasn’t sure to go to Apple or T-Mobile, but I chose T-Mobile and Carolina worked with both units and had them pairing within a half hour. I am typically fairly tech-savvy, but she was patient and assessed the situation correctly and accurately.”

“I recently purchased a new satellite phone last minute before camping remotely and needed it activated ASAP vs the normal 48 hrs it could take. I have a 91 yr old mother I take care of, and needed to be available 24/7 when my family takes over when I travel. I called Outfitter Satellite, was quickly connected to Lundy. I was on my way, 4 hrs, from our remote camping. Lundy heard me out and pulled strings to get my phone activated ASAP. He sent me a text, following up to let me know the phone was active, and he walked me through making sure the SIM card was positioned properly in the phone. My trip was a success because of Lundy. Outfitter; please give him a raise, you don’t want to lose a guy like him.”
