“Have used this location several times, all great experiences! Most recently, needed a bridesmaid dress altered last minute due to me not knowing what I was doing and thinking I could handle a dress that was too long. But their staff took care of it for an additional fee, which was very worth it! They stay very busy but seem to stay on top of things! Very friendly, hard working staff. Also, had a fur blanket and pillows dry cleaned which was done in a very timely manner. Will always recommend this place! Attached are before and afters of the dress. We also took in at the hips to give more shape! Loved the result”

“Absolutely the best in the area! I dropped off some dress shirts and sport coats to get cleaned after finally landing a new job, I had been out of work due to a lay off for 6 months.. I found out the morning after I dropped everything off that I needed to dress up for a lunch event that day. The amazing people here quickly helped me out by getting me just what I needed and I couldn't be more thankful of their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help out. They've definitely earned a customer for life and I highly recommend them!”

“Suit coats and sports coats will not lay correctly when done by Joy Cleaners in Hermitage. I'm embarrassed to wear them and had to take them to another cleaners to be done properly. Strongly recommend using another dry cleaner. I have talked to them about this more than once and there has been no improvement.
UPDATE: When I was finally able to communicate with the owner/manager the issue was corrected. They are the only place around that will still get things back to you in the afternoon if you have it in by 8:00 a.m. I have updated my rating.”
“The Brentwood Cleaners is a drive through driy cleaning business off of Maryland Way. The owners are so friendly, actually all of the staff is great. They are timly and reasonable. I really like having this convience so close to home.”
“I have not used the washers. Only the dryers. And let me start out this place is clean. The restrooms are clean. The owners I guess treated me better than I was treated at the palm or Ruth Chris. Now I know you are thinking if you are at the palm or Ruth Chris what are you at a coin laundry. That’s a different story. If I had to suggest anything maybe a few more trash cans. Because of no fault of the owners. The folks in this area will not pick up a dryer sheet off the floor to save their life.”

“I've been very happy with the service and quality at Gates Cleaners. Service is always prompt and friendly. Clothes are always ready for pickup within a couple of days, and they will generally rush if you need it. At pickup they always get our items for us quickly and everything looks great. My wife has also had some minor alterations and repairs done here, and the quality of the work has been excellent. I never thought I'd ever review a dry cleaning place, but every time I come in I'm reminded of what great service they provide. We are always greeted with a smile, and the work is always done quickly and with great results.”

“Nicholson’s does a good job for the price, speed, and convenience. I generally wash and hang dry most of my family’s clothes and then have them “press only” so that my garments are perfect and super clean. They also do a good job at alterations - hemming and more complex items. There are way more high-end and outstandingly expensive drycleaners in Nashville - I’ve tried them all and paid $175 for one cashmere sweater to be cleaned - but Nicholson’s did just as good a job as the most expensive places. They have never ruined an item and the team is very nice and turns things around super quickly. I’ve been going there almost weekly for two years and would recommend them if you are Germantown, East, etc.”

“I like this laundromat. Clean, easy to use, can pay with a card or cash, reasonable prices, etc. Problem being, is I have been losing pants here. I'm going to have to buy several pair, unfortunately. Please watch both your dryers, and washing machines.Don't leave while your clothes are washing and drying. Eyes and ears alert at all times (and I'm sure this goes for any laundromat). Were it not for this, this laundromat would have gotten a 5.”
