“I have not been in a laundry mat in years. I really don't like them. But, traveling for my job for the last 6 months has sometmes required that I visit depending on the hotel I am staying at. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the magnificent customer service from Z, the attendant and the fashionable lamps someone chose! If it were not for Z and her extra care, knowledge and patience, I would still be fumbling with the new computerized washer and dryers. I still don't care for laundry mats, but thank you for making it a pleasant experience.”
“Fast, great service! I love that I can place an order via my phone and have the clothes picked up from my porch and delivered back to me within a few days. So convenient for us! Also love that I can ask any questions and get a quick text back to let me know status or answer any questions about service. Highly recommended!”

“Have used this location several times, all great experiences! Most recently, needed a bridesmaid dress altered last minute due to me not knowing what I was doing and thinking I could handle a dress that was too long. But their staff took care of it for an additional fee, which was very worth it! They stay very busy but seem to stay on top of things! Very friendly, hard working staff. Also, had a fur blanket and pillows dry cleaned which was done in a very timely manner. Will always recommend this place! Attached are before and afters of the dress. We also took in at the hips to give more shape! Loved the result”

“Absolutely the best in the area! I dropped off some dress shirts and sport coats to get cleaned after finally landing a new job, I had been out of work due to a lay off for 6 months.. I found out the morning after I dropped everything off that I needed to dress up for a lunch event that day. The amazing people here quickly helped me out by getting me just what I needed and I couldn't be more thankful of their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help out. They've definitely earned a customer for life and I highly recommend them!”
“I chose for the convenient location. $6-$10 wash, $1.25-$2.00 dry. Place is pretty clean, but I noticed some buildup in a couple of the washer detergent/softener compartments. If management would give them a quick scrub from time to time, I’d have no problem.”
“Suit coats and sports coats will not lay correctly when done by Joy Cleaners in Hermitage. I'm embarrassed to wear them and had to take them to another cleaners to be done properly. Strongly recommend using another dry cleaner. I have talked to them about this more than once and there has been no improvement.
UPDATE: When I was finally able to communicate with the owner/manager the issue was corrected. They are the only place around that will still get things back to you in the afternoon if you have it in by 8:00 a.m. I have updated my rating.”
“The Brentwood Cleaners is a drive through driy cleaning business off of Maryland Way. The owners are so friendly, actually all of the staff is great. They are timly and reasonable. I really like having this convience so close to home.”
“I would give this laundry a 5 star if they would just charge the amount the machine has on it. I used a $6.50 washer and a $3.00 dryer and my debit card was charged $9 that day and $4 two days later?? Same type of problem 2 weeks earlier. Can you help/reply?”

“I've been very happy with the service and quality at Gates Cleaners. Service is always prompt and friendly. Clothes are always ready for pickup within a couple of days, and they will generally rush if you need it. At pickup they always get our items for us quickly and everything looks great. My wife has also had some minor alterations and repairs done here, and the quality of the work has been excellent. I never thought I'd ever review a dry cleaning place, but every time I come in I'm reminded of what great service they provide. We are always greeted with a smile, and the work is always done quickly and with great results.”

“Nicholson’s does a good job for the price, speed, and convenience. I generally wash and hang dry most of my family’s clothes and then have them “press only” so that my garments are perfect and super clean. They also do a good job at alterations - hemming and more complex items. There are way more high-end and outstandingly expensive drycleaners in Nashville - I’ve tried them all and paid $175 for one cashmere sweater to be cleaned - but Nicholson’s did just as good a job as the most expensive places. They have never ruined an item and the team is very nice and turns things around super quickly. I’ve been going there almost weekly for two years and would recommend them if you are Germantown, East, etc.”

“I like this laundromat. Clean, easy to use, can pay with a card or cash, reasonable prices, etc. Problem being, is I have been losing pants here. I'm going to have to buy several pair, unfortunately. Please watch both your dryers, and washing machines.Don't leave while your clothes are washing and drying. Eyes and ears alert at all times (and I'm sure this goes for any laundromat). Were it not for this, this laundromat would have gotten a 5.”

“I was in the process of moving.and found this laundromat to be very convenient to my schedule.it is very clean the nice lady's that work there are professional and very helpful this place is very safe i have never seen the homeless are people lottering around there?But people that are there washing.are contractors trying to wash their clothes. And I see the same contractors and subcontractors washing their clothes, their weekly. This place is very safe. There's always strong men there.and it's very clean. The ladies keep it very clean , and they are very nice.”
