“I've been going to them for since moving to Nashville over 4 years ago. They've always been so nice and accommodating and the prices are reasonable. I'm the type to wait weekssss before picking up my dry cleaning and there's never an extra charge of issue. They're always so friendly and I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. I've had them do dry cleaning, fix zippers and holes, get out tough stains...literally everything. I tend to come in with large amounts of clothing (dresses, suits, coats, blouses, rompers / jumpsuits, pants, skirts, gowns, designer clothing, etc). Definitely recommend Cotton Cleaners as your neighborhood dry cleaning service.”

“The best dry cleaners around. They are reasonably priced, do great work, are honest and upfront. If they cannot do something they will let you know, instead of ruining the product(s). I’ve gotten comforters, academic graduation regalia, dress pants, dress shirts, and blazers all done here. I’ve been going to this dry cleaners since 2018 and have never had any issues.”

“It was ok. The larger machine where you put the detergent was clogged, and the handle was broken on one of the medium size machines but we were able to get in and out pretty quick due to having large blankets to wash. It has a small parking lot that it shares with two other stores.”

“I brought in a white dress with a marinara and coffee stain on it to be dry cleaned. I had been once before and the shop owner kindly greeted me and got me taken care of very quickly. The dress was going to be ready the next day. I returned to pick up my dress and the owner called me by name and even remembered something I had told her during my first visit. Dress was back to completely white and stain free, totally worth the $20!”

“First time getting something dry cleaned in years and they did a fantastic job! I had a full dark drink spilled over a light green satin dress. They got the stain out completely!! I was sososo happy with the results. The only downside is the crazyyyy price. Maybe I am out of the loop for how much dry cleaning costs but $21.20 for a dress seems a little bit much. Honestly worth it to get the stain out because the dress is discontinued but still...1 star off for price”

“This group of people is well organized. They are also kind. I now take much of my laundry to them as the availability of washers and dryers in my building is uncertain. Because I am old, 77, moving a heavy basket of laundry is challenging. Having them load and unload baskets is very helpful. Really nice people. And my laundry is returned in perfect condition!”

“Rather surprised that during my visit to the laundry today I only met two gentlemen doing those chores. My excuse is the Samsung Washer at our house decided to leak and while awaiting it's repair I chose to do my bed linens at the laundromat. The machines were in good order, as was the snack machine.
