“Love this UPS store. They are so quick and helpful every time you go, and don’t act like you’re dumb for not knowing how to do their job like so many other mail workers I’ve encountered. The guy with the blonde curly hair and earrings is always there and has helped me seamlessly multiple times. Kid deserves a raise no matter what he’s making. Also, Ryan or Brian was the other gentleman who helped me and was super nice as well.”

“I cannot praise Kevin Sykes, the owner of Postal Annex in Antioch TN , more highly for the stellar service he provided my family. After my stepmother died he shipped things all over the country to various family members, many were heavy or extremely fragile. Kevin successfully shipped many framed art works that were extremely vulnerable and they ALL arrived in perfect condition. But besides all that , he's just a pleasure to work with from picking up a truckload of items at the condo to conferring on the phone. Very honest, very polite, and very trustworthy.
