It is locally owned and operated and here to help. The staff is super nice, friendly and professional, making every visit easy in and out. Parking can be a challenge but outside of that the experience is great. The customer is helped promptly with a smile, quick service and kind patience. The team works fast and efficient, willing to figure out any problem and keep cost affordable. They printed a wedding program for half the cost quoted by FedEx and return packages to Amazon with no wait line. The store is awesome and recommend for any need.

A man named Jeff just helped me and he was by far the kindest UPS person I have ever interacted with. Was so pleasant and friendly and 1000% deserves a raise because it’s people like him that would actively make me choose UPS over FedEx or another shipping company!
