“I’ve been using this UPS Store for my mailbox service for over 3 years, and I couldn't be happier. The convenience of being able to receive packages from ALL carriers (not just UPS) is a massive plus. The team (Paul, Lucky, RJ, Michelle and Tony) are all incredibly friendly and efficient. Whenever I walk in, they always recognize me, know my box number and grab my packages quickly. A++ customer service!”
“Last minute Christmas shopping today… I was really not looking forward to them telling me they couldn’t make it there by Christmas or that it would cost 3 times as much to ship to get there this time of year.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my smallish package was going to get to its destination a couple days before Christmas and wasn’t gonna come close to breaking the bank!!

After my stepmother died he shipped things all over the country to various family members, many were heavy or extremely fragile. Kevin successfully shipped many framed art works that were extremely vulnerable and they ALL arrived in perfect condition.
