They sent a video and then Bryson Bowman came out and explained what it meant to me. With it being late on a Friday and was gonna take 9 hours they provided me with a loaner car. He knew I had a mom with Alzheimer’s so wanted to make sure I could get to her. I must also say every employee I have encountered there has been wonderful.”
