“I had a car issue first thing Saturday morning. My call was answered courteously and professionally. Allen was tremendous as the tow truck operator, keeping me informed as to all he was doing. A great experience for what started as a bad day.”

“We hit a pothole about 4 miles from the Ardmore exit we would be taking. The impact blew a hole in the side of the tire. My car does not come with a spare, so I had to call for a tow. I have had AAA since 2009, so I called them. This time, they were unable to give an ETA and said they were having issues finding someone in the area. I would have to wait. I turned around and found BT's on my smart phone, called them, and had my car up and ready to go in 30 minutes. Allen was great and had us to our destination in no time. I have no idea what AAA's problems were, but BT's came fast to our rescue. In this day and time, no one needs to be waiting hours for a tow truck on the side of the interstate.
