Banks in Arlington, TN

“I started coming to this branch while handling business banking for my boss, and every visit left such a positive impression that I eventually opened an account for myself. After being outside the banking system for over 10 years, it was a big step—and they made it feel easy and welcoming. Every team member knows me by name and treats me with genuine kindness and professionalism. They’re attentive, work together seamlessly, and always make the experience feel personal. Sometimes there’s popcorn or cookies, but it’s the warmth that keeps me coming back. During some of the hardest moments of my life—when my mother was going through chemo and after we lost her—they checked in on me like family. I’m incredibly grateful for this branch and the people in it.”

“Not showing me much, on phone for about one hours trying to get information about credit card. I just open an account, may close it now. Because customers service on the phone is horrible, waiting 1 hours. Giving three starts because of customer service at local office in Bartlett sorry wrong location review. Sad that the credit card department has to have bad service in today’s time.Update Ask for a supervisor they know what they’re doing. Took 2min to take care of my problem.”

“I’ve been with Bank of Bartlett since it was a single branch on Stage Road. It felt like a small town bank with attention to a personal relationship with its customers. That’s been over 40 years and it still feels that way. If you want a personal connection to your bank, BoB is for you!!”

“Friendly, fast & accurate employees. Nicely appointed building. The location is convenient to Arlington.I love their online banking. It is so easy and fast, and I really like how easy it is to replace a debit card - since I have a hard time keeping up with mine. It's also nice that they will work with you if you overdraw every once in a decade - since I also have a hard time keeping up with my balance !”

“They are VERY understaffed. So much so, that there are only about 2 people working and they have to keep the door locked. This isn't a Wells Fargo problem; this is an EVERYWHERE problem. No one wants to work. I've seen the same problems in the hotel and restaurant industry. Despite the understaffing, the staff is still very nice THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST. The employees there have been there a long time. They need some grace. You can't make people apply for jobs and work - - Unless you stop giving out free government money.”

“The notary service provided by John Curley at this Wells Fargo location is excellent! He is very nice and patient, always does what the customer asks him to do. Great experience! 10/10 recommendation!”
