“Caesar's is down the street from our house, so we have been there multiple times! The staff is always so friendly, and they always help us find what we need! We just got married on November 5th, and ordered wine, beer, and liquor from them! Melissa was so helpful with the ordering process, and had everything ready on time! We were able to return the liquor and wine we did not use, which was very helpful! We definitely recommend Caesar's!!”

“The guys that work here are friendly and helpful. The blonde girl acts like she doesn't want you to be in her store. Come to find out from other reviews that she is the manager. One day, I was in as a shipment of new products were received. I showed interest in buying one of the products. I asked how long it takes to get things into the system and ready to sell(being a former retail manager myself, I know it takes literally a couple of mins to create a SKU). I was sharply told by the blonde girl that "it will be at least 2 hours" and one of her employees gave me that look, like, "sorry dude" and I just went with it. Still, awesome shop with awesome selection and employees, just needs a more customer service oriented manager.”

“We had a wonderful shopping experience last weekend at Tobacco Zone. Omar was extremely knowledgeable about hookah, and was able to answer all our questions! He showed us a few different models, but was in no way trying to give us “the hard sell” like you get at a lot of smoke shops. He even set up one for us, so that we could try a new brand of Shisha. When it’s time for us to purchase a new hookah, it will definitely be from theses guys. Later that night we had one of the most enjoyable smoking sessions we’ve had in a while due to Omar’s advice and the accessories we purchased from him. Thank you, we can finally enjoy our hookah again.”

“First in class customer service. First time at this establishment and I was very impressed. The most important thing is I was greeted as I walked in the door. The next question was how can we help you today. I advise the young lady that helped me her name was Katrenia that I was gifted a gift card for my birthday from some of my coworkers and I was there to get a couple of sticks. She led me to the humidor which was very impressive. Everything was organized and clean. I made her aware of what I was looking for and she offered her expertise and made some great recommendations. The thing that impressed me the most was how knowledgeable she was about the cigars. I prefer mild to medium sticks in a Connecticut rapper. I found just what I was looking for and was introduced to some new sticks which I'm enjoying so far. She also took it a step further and signed me up for their rewards program which is rare because most people just want to get your money and push you out the door so I appreciate that. Since they have a rewards program, I'm more likely to return and do business with them based on the customer service I received and the selection of cigars that they have in their humidor. I got there when it opened so it wasn't that many people in there. Actually. I was the only one at first and another gentleman came in. I can definitely see myself sitting down enjoying a good stick sipping on some bourbon, chopping it up with the locos and maybe watching the game on the television that they have. If you want to enjoy a good stick in a safe environment then this is the place for you. Don't take my word for it. See for yourself.”
