“Really cool shop ! They have everything and I do mean EVERYTHING in their cute little store the parking lot and outside could use and should do some sprucing up but inside that store is fine. The staff is very knowledgeable and the young gentleman I believe was the manager that day was such a sweetheart ❤️. Packaging was discreet , store was right down the street and I walked there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. They made a new regular out of me and I will go there first before shopping online for my vape and smoking needs. Incense was pleasantly displayed and quite aromatic. Don't cheat yourself looking around go to Cloud 9 smoke shop and TREAT yourself.”

I was nervous because some places on Cleveland can seem a little sus, but cloud 9 (the one in the newer looking strip mall right at the traffic light!!!) is nice on the inside with professional friendly but not weird friendly staff. I did not even know what i wanted and the young person behind the counter was able to assist me but didn't try to over sell to me just because I m old and clueless.”

A great place to buy your smoke items until today when I walked in to check on a PAX screen for my vape that I've purchased a box of 3 for 12.99 in the past. However, when I asked about getting one the cashier told me that they are $12.99 per screen! Making the box of 3 making them $38.97! Even though the box says qty. of 3 sold in each box. How is that fair? And to sell one for $12.99! If this store operates to be that low down and dirty, I won't be taking my business there and would discourage anyone not to go somewhere, where they are looking to rob you. Especially when most of the stuff in there you can get online cheaper. I guess this is what happens when you try to shop local and small businesses.”

“Tobacco World is one of the more convenient smoke shops around. The drive-through is a huge plus, especially when you’re in a hurry, and they usually have a really wide selection compared to other places nearby. One thing I appreciate most is that they almost always have the correct JUUL pods in stock when other stores are sold out. The staff has always been friendly and quick as well. The only downside is the pricing. Some items are a little higher than competitors, so it would be nice to see more competitive prices. Overall though, it’s still a solid place to shop and very convenient.”

Ya know, I gotta say back in the day. Whatever was a real lame place to go to, their prices used to be worse years ago, and their attitudes turned off so many people, including myself. I still hear people bad mouth the shop because of the attitude problems the staff used to have even today.
With that said I'd like to rate the place 5 stars, in more recent years I've visted this location and midtown(haven't revisited highland ever) and I gotta say the prices are reasonable and fair, and the staff is super polite and kind and helpful. I really enjoy shopping there and I am happy to give them my business and have spent quite a bit there now.
I really used to dislike Whatever, but my opinion has changed as I've seen it is not the negative stuck up place it used to be. All my compliments and respect for making adjustments and becoming a place that feels like part of a community and is super respectful of its paying customers.
I highly recommend the store here or midtown, and I can't speak for OB, but I assume they are kind people as well. If you had bad experiences with them in the past, give them another chance. You may be pleasantly surprised.”

“When I come to Memphis I try to stop here to get me a pizza. I'm from Chicago, and we're known for good pizza. So when I first tried it, I tried the thin crust style and the pizza had a good taste. I've tried their Original style, but thin crust is my favorite. I just found out they have chicken bites and those are good as well. This spot has great customer service, their prices are affordable, and recommended others to checkout this place.”
