“Pretty good selection of clothes and goods. The only down side was the line to checkout was wrapped around all the way to the middle of the men's department. Now, it was the week before Christmas so the place was packed. I will say I was a TJ Maxx assistant many, many moons ago. During the holiday season, we brought out 2 extra cash resisters and had 2 makeshift cashier stations. I will commend the staff...the place was packed but the associates kept it clean and stocked.”

“We love the Aeropostal store in the Wolfchase Galleria. We always have. We have been fans for years and years. Even if it were to go out of style we would STILL be wearing their products. The quality is nice and lasts through the years. It even holds up to the super active lifestyles of children. Jeans, jackets, shirts, sweats....we Love their products. They are great for school days, casual home days, out and about.... No matter the scene, this company has very cute, high quality products. We also sometimes find really great reasonable prices here.”

“Went to lens crafters in Macy's, The staff was knowledgeable as well as helpful, especially Allison and Gwen. However it was extremely cold there to the point of my not being able to focus. I had previously picked out two pair of frames when appt was made. The worker assured me they will be added to my record, needless to say they were not! I did find another pair that I really liked. My point is the amount of time spent there was bitter sweet. Like I said the staff was great, but it was so cold there. I left with no order for glasses, and that's another story!! Somewhat disappointed, thou I accept some of the responsibility due to being so very cold.”

“First time I’ve had a bad experience with Macy’s. Have been a loyal customer since I was 10 and my mother took me to your NYC Macy’s - her second home. As a young adult I shopped your store in Manhasset and Roosevelt Field, NY. I’ve lived in Memphis for 20+ years and was thrilled your store opened in Wolfchase. Because of COVID-19, I now shop online. My first awful experience with Macy’s. In November 2020 I purchased a Bella Waffle Maker offering a $12 rebate - upon receipt, I printed the rebate form, enclosed the receipt and mailed it. It was received by you but I was denied the $12 rebate because it wasn’t received by you on time even though I was also given a tracking number - 947795134 - I tried tracing it but there was no tracking information available. I’ve tried contacting customer service online, email and phone to no avail. I’ve never received the $12 rebate even though I sent the filled out rebate form with the original receipt. I ended up finding more than I expected.The staff were nice and helpful and everything was pretty quick and smooth. Definitely one of the better Plato’s Closet locations I’ve been to.
