The place is affordable but my only downside with the place is that they call you from thousands of different phone numbers that u can’t call back or leave voicemails. Working 3rd shifts has a toll on me and I sleep during business hours. Emailing the company has no effect either. I had gotten my unit and items out 3 3 months and still being charged after I paid a lien that I thought I had no choice but to take my unit out like most companies. I emailed them a dozen times.l with being ignored. I hope they just take a better look and delete the charges as I don’t owe

Negative star ——Bad bad experience. Been a customer before so I came back, bad decision. Paid for a 10x15, had a load to take to my unit. Got there and a lock was already on there. Called place, on wait 45 minutes, then Noah attempted to sell me 2-10x10 units instead. Would not cut current lock, or refund money, “nothing we can do “. Still waiting for a return call from this place their a joke

Rented a parking space only to show up and find someone else in the spot. You cannot get a hold of anyone local that knows anything. The call center knows absolutely nothing. They don’t respond to emails. Can’t get my issue resolved.

It was a stress-free process to book a storage unit. The unit was clean, door and loc k worked easily which is a real benefit when renting a storage unit.

The number you call on the website sends you to someone who doesn't have a clue about the actual property or location and we were sent to the wrong address 5 miles away. Thank God for Tammy! When I called and was lost, the call center connected me with Tammy (who is local to the facility) and she quickly helped me get to the right address and even helped me upgrade, on the spot, to a larger unit when the original unit turned out to be too small. Units are good and location is perfect for where we are moving to in Arrington. Tammy is 5 stars. Call center, I would give a 2.

Easy process from beginning to end. Reserved everything online and was sent the gate code and unit # almost immediately. These folks have always been great to deal with, and this case was no different.

Renting a unit. Called and no one ever answers and no one responds to email. we need gate access code and cant access our storage unit.
