“Had a new key configured for the 911. Very easy to get appointment, and when I was an hour late the response was no problem, so they are very accommodating and helpful. On top of that, my convertible top was catching when lowered, which had started after I made the key appointment. Not only did they look at the top for me without a second appointment, but they also fixed it on the spot! Dillon and Blake always do a great job, and thanks to Josh for fixing the top!!”

“I was unfortunate enough to have someone back into me in a parking lot and run away. My insurance wouldn’t cover it, so I needed to find a good body shop. I had always taken my Hondas to Accurate For service and stuff, so I wanted to get their opinion on where a good body shop was. They informed me that they could do bodywork in store. I had had body shops. Tell me that they were going to have to replace my rear bumper and give me quotes of $1500-$2000 to repair. After talking with accurate, I only spend 450 for the repair and it looks BRAND NEW no new bumper needed. I couldn’t be happier about this. For ALL of your Honda/acura needs this place has got it! They get you in quick and are incredibly fair with pricing!”

I used to tow for the Christian Brothers in Murfreesboro, and they always held themselves to a high standard And it is obvious that all of their locations are like that I cannot say enough good about this place, and our vehicles will never go to a shop other than Christian Brothers. “We bought a beautiful C43 today from Chris and I can't say enough good things about the experience. We showed up - he had the car brought around and handed us the keys. When we got back there was ZERO PRESSURE at all. It was a very simple negotiation on the final price. Simple financing process - car was cleaned and we were in our way. Hi was able to print a window sticker for not only the car we bought, but when I mentioned I didn't have one for my other car, he found and printed that one too. Chris was awesome, Global as a whole was fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“I’m really disappointed in the customer service I received from this location… none. This location was packed with employees… maybe 3 customers, and not one person said hello, asked me if I was doing OK, asked if I needed help finding anything, nothing. There’s already a stigma around going into physical dealerships, and this just added to that. I don’t know the reason is that no employee even said hello, I’m giving this location the benefit of the doubt that it wasn’t due to age or looks or anything like that, but it’s extremely disappointing. When Mercedes is the brand you choose and this is the Experience that’s given to you, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Update- 12/10 : the general manager contacted me and apologized for my initial experience with this location. If you listened to what I had to say and it felt like he really understood. He got me in contact with Tyler and he set up a time with me to come look at the vehicle and do a test drive, he was amazing. I feel like this is the service that I was expecting initially and I’m glad that now I got to experience it I want to leave my review with four stars not because my experience with Tyler
was not great, but because the initial visit really did leave a bad taste in my mouth. I was told that the review I left was brought up in a team meeting and that everybody was talked to about how important it is to keep your head up and making sure everybody that comes in is greeted properly, I’m glad that this was brought up to the team and I’m very happy with my experience this second time. Thank you to the general manager and thank you to Tyler.”
