PoN was incredibly helpful with the entire process from standing for a courtesy car, shifting or dates around a couple times due to travel conditions, etc. Lance was awesome from the moment we dropped off until we picked up. He even volunteered to run out in the pouring rain to reposition out car under the service awning at pickup time. We'll definitely be back next year!”

“I recently purchased a vehicle from Sam at Gary Force Acura, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, Sam made the entire process comfortable, transparent, and an overall enjoyable experience. Sam took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and helped me stay within my budget while still getting the package and must have features I wanted—without any high-pressure tactics. His product knowledge of the MDX was excellent; he clearly explained the differences between models, packages, and financing options.
What stood out most was Sam’s friendly approach and I felt he genuinely wanted to find the right car for me. We went for a test drive, and upon making my decision, Sam checked their inventory and offered me the model and color I wanted. Then Sam drove me to see my future car which still had the plastic on the inside, so it was truly brand new!
The paperwork and financial process was efficient, clearly explained, and without any pressure. Both Sam and Trey took the time to ensure I understood everything I was signing.

“I am very thankful for the Service Department and the excellent support I received throughout the entire process. I’m located here in Texas, so I initially thought it would be a nightmare trying to get an EV unit taken care of while coordinating with a store all the way in Tennessee. However, that was completely the opposite of my experience.
I want to start by recognizing April. She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely a great person to start my calls with. Working in service, I’m sure you don’t always get the nicest people to deal with, but April was always a positive light whenever I called. She was extremely helpful, patient, and always made sure I was taken care of.
Dillon was not my original Service Advisor, but I’m very thankful that he took over my account. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process much easier than I expected.
I truly hope this review makes its way back to the Service Department because both April and Dillon deserve to know how much their efforts were appreciated. Their customer service made what I expected to be a difficult process a very positive experience.

“We hit something on the Interstate and damaged a front tire. Stopped in Firestone and dealt with Jonathon and Jacob. Both men were extremely helpful. Had a tire replaced and on the road again within 30 minutes. This was on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. Excellent service!!”

“Tyler and Sean have done a superb job with my tires and I can not speak highly enough about their service. The pricing is fair, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I stopped by with no appointment and was able to get four new tires on my wife's car in short order.
During check in I mentioned the alignment might be a bit more off than usual due to teaching my 15 year old daughter to drive. After the tires were completed, Sean proceeded to give me information about my brakes and any other safety portions of the car. He spent extra time making sure it was safe for my daughter learning and did not try to sell anything. Sean was not a salesman, just a man who wanted me to feel good about the cars safety.
I brought my car in the next week to get tires and experienced the same fair pricing and quality service. I will be using this location for more than just tires and can 100% speak to the integrity and quality of service provided by Tyler and Sean.”

“This is by far the best dealership I've ever been to. I was worried that when I showed up to my scheduled appointment, I would have to deal with the typical pushy salesman experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. I spent 3 and a half hours with Sam just talking about these luxury vehicles they have for sale and the history behind some of their brands. I originally showed up interested in the Maserati Ghibli even though I knew I wasn't in any position to buy anything whatsoever; I simply wanted to see some exotic/unique vehicles in person. Sam showed me some of their Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles they had for sale including the Giulia, Stelvio, Ghibli, and Grecale. Sam also gave me a tour of the whole showroom floor to show me all the cool cars currently on display and explained a lot of the history behind those carmakers and what they're planning for the future. Not once did anybody in this dealership try to force me into a deal that I didn't want to be in. Once I get my personal financial situation in better shape, I'd be more than happy to come back here to make an offer for one of these beautiful cars. I'm very, very happy that I decided to come check this place out.”
