Due to an IT glitch on CHRISTMAS EVE, they were unable to release my meds, at the time I was there. They both worked diligently, punching the computer buttons over and over, until finally the issue was resolved! It wasn't easy. They both went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you, Ron and Andrea! Many stars for them, (not so many for the IT guy that caused the glitch)! lol

“I want to say Thank You to all of the staff at Walgreens in Ashland City who are working hard everyday to ensure that everyone’s needs are met. The pharmacy team always make me feel at home when I need my meds. It’s so important to know that the staff works their butts off every time I get my meds and they always have a smile and greet me with a friendly smile and never make me feel rushed or that I’m just a customer! Not at Walgreens where they welcome you and do their best to help make your experience a bit better especially if you are sick , but never a long wait if buying medication or makeup!
Thanks for all the hard work and dedication even on the hectic days of staff shortages etc, they deserve to be respected for their service and what they can do with rx is not in stock. I have had many occasions where my medication was out of stock and I was not happy about it, but it’s out of their control and they do their best with making sure you do get it within a timely manner. Yes, it is frustrating when waiting on drive through and one associate is working drive through and customers in the store to pick up meds, and it was ten minutes tops to their multitasking so they could help everyone in a timely manner and sometimes it gets to me being impatient, but then I see that they are running their butts off !
I’m a bit ticked off by some of the reviews that only mention the bad, but there is good as well.”
