“Where do i start? 1st, Jim was very easy to deal with throughout our purchase. Very professional. He made sure to answer every question and concern.
We were out of state, actually 4 hours away. Jim made sure i received videos and pictures. He drove the car to check it out before i drove 4 hours. They are closed on Sunday, but He came in to help us on his off day. We really appreciated this. I say we because my 16 year old son was with me. This is his car and was his decision to buy this car instead of the car we looked at the day before which was only 30 minutes away from our home. So we made the journey.
2nd The facility is very nice and welcoming.
The car was exactly like advertised but actually better. This car was a few thousand dollars less than other cars but a bit better. The car was a one owner that was bought from a dealership which serviced the car its whole life with all oil changes done on-time. This made the car a safe buy. My son loves this car and very appreciative to Jim and Dougs Auto Sales. I seen a few negative reviews but not sure if they were true. Their inventory seems to be very nice.
