We agreed on terms by email and I Ubered >200 miles to Nashville this morning. Upon arrival, the vehicle was waiting up front for me, detailed, new oil, new tires. new brakes, the works. Leonard had the paperwork prepared and the whole process took about 20 minutes before I drove off. He never once tried to upsell me or fudge the numbers we had agreed upon. Spoke with Brian same day via text and phone. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen, no test drive, but Brian walked me through how they inspect the vehicle and showed me pictures, videos, and documentation. He even showed me his very clean shop and the car via videocall.
He sent over the documents overnight fedex with a return overnight fedex; very convenient. And after we got the paperwork and payment done, he arranged for enclosed delivery and i received the car in a few days.
Extremely smooth transaction, excellent customer service, fast delivery - like Amazon Prime! And you can tell he really cares about the customer and the vehicles they sell.
Also, the car was immaculate! Really loving this machine.
