“Josh and the other technician, didn't get his name were top notch. They were very knowledgeable, polite, and patient answering all of my questions. They hooked up a new washer and dryer. Stacey and Jesse came a week later to install my new dishwasher. I did not get a call ahead of time for an appointment. They waited on me to put the dogs up, move some things out of their way, and they also answered all of my questions. They were knowledgeable, polite, and very patient while waiting on last minute maneuvers.”

“Ok, it's stressful to come to a cellular store. In my case, it's usually a real or perceived crisis and I'm not at my own best. Like other places in Athens and Tennessee small towns, the folks here are super friendly and helpful. Imagine being in this stressful environment all day and still being cheerful! With apologies to Kipling, "You're a better man than I am, Gunga Din!" I'll go out of my way to come to THIS Verizon store because of my experiences here compared with other stores. Maybe that's just me?”
