“Ok, it's stressful to come to a cellular store. In my case, it's usually a real or perceived crisis and I'm not at my own best. Like other places in Athens and Tennessee small towns, the folks here are super friendly and helpful. Imagine being in this stressful environment all day and still being cheerful! With apologies to Kipling, "You're a better man than I am, Gunga Din!" I'll go out of my way to come to THIS Verizon store because of my experiences here compared with other stores.
